Supercharging the Law of Attraction
All of us who are familiar with "the Law of Attraction" know that we're not quite evolved enough to ask for something, expect it, and receive it the next day. It takes a little bit of time and effort to create what we want in life. A big challenge to working with the Law of Attraction is what's embedded in the subconscious mind. It's the stuff we've learned since little kids, like "Rich people are bad people." "You're a woman, so you need a good man to take care of you if you ever want a good life," and so forth. We eventually accepted these beliefs as the truth and now, as adults, are finding that they create a paradox when working with the Law of Attraction. For instance, if you want to attract a huge amount of cash so that you're finally financially independent, you might be writing out goals every morning, chanting affirmations throughout the day, staring at a vision board. You'll see some progress, but probably not to the extent that you really want if you have deeply entrenched thoughts and feelings about wealth being a bad thing. A way to deal with the negativity in the subconscious mind is to fill the subconscious mind with new, more positive images, ideals and beliefs. This is why many self help programs encourage people to look at a dream board throughout the day, to say their affirmations and to work out goals. At some point, with enough repetition, the subconscious mind will accept these new beliefs and images as reality. All of these techniques work, but they can turn into a chore after awhile. Personally, it was taking me close to two hours every morning to write out my goals, my vision statement and handle a few affirmations. When I was in the "excited about the possibilities" stage of these techniques, I saw a lot of things happen for the better in my life. After a year of this, however, the techniques turned into drudgery and the positive effects of the Law of Attraction slowed down big time. A new software program has been developed that is really handy, fun and will keep anyone working with the "Law of Attraction" entertained. It's called "Mind Movies." You take images that represent what you want to create in life, add some affirmations that have personal meaning to you, and then set the whole thing to music of your choice so that you can create a "Mind Movie" to view on your computer or your DVD player. Watch your "Mind Movie" once in the morning and once before bed. It takes just a few minutes out of the day -- which is a welcome relief to writing out pages of goals and affirmations! People are reporting outstanding results from using "Mind Movies." I've created a mix of goal and Mind Movie techniques to supercharge my goal achievement, and I'm quite pleased with what is occurring.
